Review of a University's Student Amenities Association service delivery model

Independent assessment of the financial position of the Faculty including identifying the broad profitability of the key activities undertaken by the Faculty, across teaching, research, commercial and other activities.

A UK university wished to pursue eligibility for funding for research and research training (research postgraduate students) through Australian Government programs. We developed a compelling detailed Policy Paper to make the case for the change sought by the University.

Development of a key performance indicator (KPI) framework to underpin and extend the work the University has undertaken with the student organisations since the introduction of the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) in 2012.

Review of the Centre to assess how appropriate, efficient and effective the activities of the Centre have been in meeting its vision and goals.

Assisting the University to improve its understanding of the role and use of controlled entities by Australian universities - the extent of their use, purposes and other issues surrounding their use and operations.

The Council approached a University of Chinese Medicine inviting the University to establish a campus in the city and offering support to do so. The Chinese University responded positively and a delegation visited the city with a clear intent to take the project forward. We defined the detailed scope for a process to determine the feasibility of establishing a university of Chinese Medicine in the city.

Assistance and advice to the University in developing its successful submission for $50m of Education Investment Funding (EIF).

Review of the Department's reporting requirements for Australian Universities, including an analysis of the extent and proportionality (to the amount of related funding) of the Department's reporting requirements.
