Barbara Lawrence

Barbara is a consultant to the higher education sector in Australia in the areas of higher education administration, student management administration, student services, residential accommodation, Registrar functions, governance, HE Standards compliance and student complaint and misconduct investigations. Barbara is experienced in the Higher Education Standards Framework and best practice in student management.

Barbara is the Director of CQ Dispute Resolutions Services Pty Ltd (CQ DRS) and a lawyer admitted by the Supreme Court of Queensland. Barbara is a highly trained mediator and complaint investigator.

Barbara has held Senior and Executive positions with higher education providers in Australia (both public and private providers); undertaken quality audits; conducted complex investigations and consulted on projects for higher education providers.
