Review of people and culture

An external independent review of the organisation’s ways of working and its culture, on behalf of the Board. We conducted over thirty five formal consultations of internal stakeholders (leadership, Board and staff) and external stakeholders such as secondary schools and partner organisations. We analysed the results of our documentation review and the consultations to reach informed findings and to develop appropriate recommendations. The review results were adopted by the Board and have been used as a blueprint for change.
