Strategic planning framework

We performed a diagnostic of the current planning framework and processes, to establish the current state and gain a clear picture of how planning and performance monitoring was undertaken across the University. We then developed a recommended planning framework to guide future strategic planning and refresh of plans, identified changes required to the existing planning process and provided advice on resourcing, templates and tools to support planning, such as a planning calendar and School planning proformas.
