A review of the effectiveness of the university’s admissions function and how it compared with sector best practice, with a particular focus on international and online student admissions.
The primary focus of the review was the structure and operation of the international admissions area at the university. We provided recommendations to the university to achieve optimum efficiency, responsiveness, timeliness, quality and regulatory endorsement for its admissions function and related activities.
