Financial sustainability strategy for a faculty

An independent analysis of the financial position of the faculty which provided an assessment of the main factors contributing to the overall financial position of the faculty and recommendations to ensure that the faculty would operate on a more sustainable financial base.

This project involved an assessment of the profitability of programs and activities within the faculty and identification of options for improving the financial health of the faculty, including review of teaching delivery models.
