Evaluation of an education academy 2016-2017

The evaluation ensured continuous feedback and consultation with the academy for formative purposes and provided an independent summative assessment of the outputs and outcomes at critical points in the early stages of development.
The major outcomes of the evaluation were:
- an assessment of the extent to which the activities are achieving the vision and goals of the academy
- identification of key features associated with successful activities and outcomes
- an analysis of any issues limiting the efficiency and effectiveness of the academy
- findings to guide ongoing improvement and performance
