Best practice student service delivery

This project was undertaken as part of the Student Services Enhancement Project, with the University seeking to learn from the experiences of other universities which have made improvements to student service delivery. The project informed the university about where its services were regarded as best practice, and the ways in which it was able improve its practice to move towards an optimal model for student service delivery.

We drew on our knowledge of, and experience with, a range of universities delivering best practice, or near best practice, in student services to determine a proposed list of universities to be consulted in this project and this was presented to the University.  This list was further refined by the University and each university approached agreed to participate in the project, allowing us to validate, update and explore in greater depth issues related to student services delivery.
