A strategic analysis of the University’s major academic and administrative areas conducted for the incoming Vice-Chancellor to inform strategic priorities for the future development of the University.

Evaluation of an education academy 2016-2017

A Go8 University

An independent evaluation of an education academy aimed at stimulating and rewarding scholarship for teaching and learning. Conducted in the start-up phase (2016 and 2017) the evaluation provided the academy with an independent and systematic annual assessment of its overall performance as well as specific programs and activities.

Strengthening customer management for a Building and Property Division (with Deloitte)

A Go8 University

This project involved consultations with the key academic and professional stakeholder groups with which the Buildings and Property Division engaged, and case studies of industry customer relationship models. The project developed options for a customer relationship framework and operating model for the Division to strengthen customer responsiveness and improve service delivery. 

Evaluation of the National Foundation Skills Strategy Project

The evaluation used a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques to understand and assess the outcomes of the National Foundation Skills Strategy project and its appropriateness and effectiveness.

A review of the structure of TDA, informed by changing governance of TAFEs in many states, and advice regarding positioning, structure and scope of a peak body for TAFE nationally, in the context of VET reform agendas

An evaluation of a government program aimed at increasing the participation of regional and rural students in higher education.

High level assessment of the organisation’s progress implementing its eLearning Strategy and how this progress relates to best practice benchmarks.

Review Framework for the National Foundation Skills Strategy for Adults

A state government department of development

The National Foundation Skills Strategy for Adults (the Strategy) commits all Australian governments to action and provides a framework for existing policies, programs and initiatives to lift the foundation skills of adult Australians over the next decade.  We developed a review framework including a set of key performance indicators to allow all Governments to measure progress biennially toward achieving The Strategy 2022 target.
