Strategic plan and business case for an engineering faculty

We developed a compelling business case on behalf of an Engineering and IT faculty of a Go8 university for the receipt of substantial university funding and support.

The business case included analysis and strategic positioning regarding:

·         Visioning

·         Research and research ranking strategy

·         Innovation and engagement

·         Technology and infrastructure

·         Teaching, learning and the student experience

·         People and culture

·         Financial and enrolment analysis and modelling

Developing this business case involved extensive consultations throughout the organisation, in-depth environmental scanning and the facilitation of workshops. The completed business case ultimately received widespread support across the University and has now set the foundation for a bold and bright future for the faculty, its people and its students.
