Online Learning Strategy

A review of existing capabilities in online learning delivery and the development of a future strategy for the delivery of high quality wholly online courses.  This project consisted of a methodical review of the University's existing capabilities in online learning delivery for wholly online units, including benchmarking against best practice.

Once the 'current state' had been established and agreed, we developed a business model and strategy for the delivery of entirely online units, including the exploration of partnership arrangements with third parties to co-produce certain elements of an online learning package.
