School Reviews – Department of Education and Training (Vic)

PhillipsKPA offer a distinctive, independent, in-depth understanding of management, policy and strategic issues across the Victorian school system. This is combined with a close working relationship with central office personnel, regions, and extensive knowledge and experience in conducting reviews and evaluations within the school sector in Australia, at both the national and jurisdictional level. 
 
Since 2014, our school reviewers have conducted over 60 reviews in many primary and secondary schools across the state. Our approach to these reviews is tailored to the individual requirements and the unique context of each school. We take a facilitative approach to all reviews and have received highly positive comment from schools and SEILs regarding the guidance we provide, and the way in which we provide it.  All of our consultants have a proven ability to interpret and analyse school and system data sets.

We are also experienced researchers providing review and evaluation services for many years in the area of school education across Australia, including experience in conducting VRQA compliance reviews in non-government schools against the minimum standards.
 
We are highly experienced in providing advice to schools and producing reports for Government. Our reports are not an inventory of the review conversation and nor are they a revision of the school’s self-evaluation report. Rather, they focus on the decisions made to enable the school to grow and improve, and the rationale for these resolutions.
