Professor Bruce Chapman wins AFR Higher Education Lifetime Achievement award

PhillipsKPA Associate Bruce Chapman is the winner of the 2017 Australian Financial Review Higher Education Lifetime Achievement Award for his work on the Higher Education Contribution Scheme introduced in 1989, and his continuing work on income contingent loans and public policy.
