Strengthening customer management for a Building and Property Division (with Deloitte)

A Go8 University

This project involved consultations with the key academic and professional stakeholder groups with which the Buildings and Property Division engaged, and case studies of industry customer relationship models. The project developed options for a customer relationship framework and operating model for the Division to strengthen customer responsiveness and improve service delivery. This project required a deep understanding of the complexity of the stakeholder environment, including consultations with each of the 10 faculties, and was conducted at a time when the Division was undertaking a significant capital works program across the University’s campuses.
