Throughout 2008, the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) engaged David Phillips and Bruce Chapman of PhillipsKPA to provide advice to the Higher education review panel, which was chaired by Emeritus Professor Denise Bradley.
The 2008 Review of Higher Education, known widely as the ‘Bradley Review’ had the purpose of examining the future direction of the higher education sector in Australia, its fitness for purpose in meeting the needs of the Australian community and economy, and the options for ongoing reform.
