Advice regarding eligibility for Australian government research funding

A UK university with international campuses

A UK university wished to pursue eligibility for funding for research and research training (research postgraduate students) through Australian Government programs. We developed a compelling detailed Policy Paper to make the case for the change sought by the University.

A university, registered in Australia as an overseas university and listed in Table C under the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) wished to pursue eligibility for funding for research and research training (research postgraduate students) through Australian Government programs. This potentially includes targeted research grants, such as those administered by the Australian Research Council, and the range of research block funds administered by the Innovation Department. The University was also interested in pursuing self-accrediting status.  We developed a compelling detailed Policy Paper to make the case for the change sought by the University.
